Launching a career in the reverse mortgage industry, the full-time Reverse Mortgage Originator Development Program will provide comprehensive training and support to help individuals work with retirees to enhance their retirement income, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Engage with retirees to assess their financial needs and offer tailored reverse mortgage solutions
• Participate in a structured 12-month development program focusing on sales techniques and industry knowledge
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote reverse mortgage products effectively

Required qualifications:

• Previous experience in traditional mortgage loan origination preferred
• Strong interest in financial services and retirement planning
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Willingness to undergo extensive training and mentorship
• Valid state mortgage license or the ability to obtain one within the first year
