Launching a career in the reverse mortgage industry, the full-time Reverse Mortgage Originator will participate in a 12-month development program focused on working with retirees to enhance their retirement income, while receiving comprehensive training and support in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with retirees to assess their financial needs and provide tailored reverse mortgage solutions
• Participate in extensive training programs led by industry experts to develop sales and operational skills
• Utilize marketing and operational support to grow a personal client portfolio effectively

Required qualifications

• Previous experience as a traditional mortgage loan originator is preferred
• Willingness to learn and adapt to the reverse mortgage industry
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong interest in helping retirees improve their financial sustainability
• Commitment to completing the 12-month development program successfully
