Required qualifications

• Experience as a traditional mortgage loan originator is preferred
• Ability to work remotely in the Springfield, IL area
• Commitment to a full-time schedule during the 12-month program
• Willingness to learn and adapt to a new sales process in the reverse mortgage sector
