Job Summary

Launching a career in the reverse mortgage industry, the full-time Reverse Mortgage Originator will participate in a 12-month development program focused on working with retirees to enhance their retirement income sustainability while receiving comprehensive training and support in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Engage with retirees to assess their financial needs and provide tailored reverse mortgage solutions
• Participate in industry-leading training sessions to develop sales and operational skills
• Utilize innovative sales processes to effectively work with both consumers and professionals

Required qualifications:

• Experience as a traditional mortgage loan originator is preferred
• Strong interest in the reverse mortgage industry and commitment to client service
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt to a new sales process
• Located in or near the Frederick, MD area
