Job Summary

Launching a career in the reverse mortgage industry, the full-time Reverse Mortgage Originator will participate in a 12-month development program focused on working with retirees to enhance their retirement income sustainability while receiving industry-leading training and support in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Engage with retirees to assess their financial needs and provide tailored reverse mortgage solutions
• Participate in comprehensive training sessions led by top sales leaders to develop mortgage origination skills
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to implement effective sales strategies and processes

Required qualifications:

• Experience as a traditional mortgage loan originator is preferred
• Ability to work remotely and manage client relationships effectively
• Willingness to participate in a structured 12-month development program
• Strong interest in the reverse mortgage industry and retirement planning
