• Participate in comprehensive training and mentorship from top sales leaders in the industry
• Utilize a revolutionary sales process to connect with both consumers and professionals

Required qualifications:

• Experience as a traditional mortgage loan originator is preferred
• Strong interest in the reverse mortgage sector and retirement planning
• Ability to work remotely in the Montgomery, AL area
• Commitment to completing the 12-month development program
• Willingness to learn and adapt to a new sales process and client engagement strategies
