Launching a career in the reverse mortgage industry, the full-time Reverse Mortgage Originator will participate in a 12-month development program focused on working with retirees to enhance their retirement income sustainability, all while receiving industry-leading training and support remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with retirees to assess their financial needs and provide tailored reverse mortgage solutions
• Participate in comprehensive training programs led by top sales leaders in the industry
• Utilize marketing and operational support to grow and manage a portfolio of clients

Required qualifications

• Previous experience as a traditional mortgage loan originator is preferred
• Strong understanding of reverse mortgage products and their benefits
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Willingness to engage in ongoing training and professional development
• Located in or near the Fort Myers, FL area
