Launching a career in the reverse mortgage industry, the full-time Reverse Mortgage Originator will participate in a 12-month development program focused on working with retirees to enhance their retirement income while receiving industry-leading training and support in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with retirees to assess and improve their retirement income sustainability
• Participate in comprehensive training programs led by top sales leaders in the industry
• Utilize innovative sales processes to collaborate with both consumers and professionals

Required qualifications

• Experience as a traditional mortgage loan originator is preferred
• Ability to work remotely, specifically in the Augusta, GA area
• Commitment to completing the 12-month development program
• Strong interest in the reverse mortgage industry and helping retirees
• Willingness to embrace a commission-based compensation structure during the training period
