Job Summary

To launch a career in the reverse mortgage industry, the full-time Remote Reverse Mortgage Originator will participate in a 12-month development program focused on working with retirees to enhance their retirement income sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with retirees to assess their financial needs and provide tailored reverse mortgage solutions
• Participate in extensive training programs led by top sales leaders in the industry
• Utilize company resources and support to grow and manage a client portfolio effectively

Required qualifications

• Previous experience as a traditional mortgage loan originator is preferred
• Strong interest in the reverse mortgage industry and financial services
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Willingness to participate in a comprehensive training program
• Reside in or near the Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill, NC area
