Job Summary

To launch a career in the reverse mortgage industry, the full-time Remote Reverse Mortgage Originator will participate in a 12-month development program, receiving comprehensive training and support while working with retirees to enhance their retirement income sustainability.

Key responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to assess their reverse mortgage needs and provide tailored solutions
• Participate in training sessions led by industry experts to develop sales and operational skills
• Utilize marketing and operational support to grow and manage a portfolio of clients

Required qualifications:

• Previous experience as a traditional mortgage loan originator is preferred
• Strong interest in the reverse mortgage industry and helping retirees
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Commitment to completing the 12-month development program
• Familiarity with sales processes and customer relationship management
