• Participate in a 12-month development program focused on reverse mortgage processes and client engagement
• Work with retirees to strategize and improve their retirement income solutions
• Utilize industry-leading sales and marketing support to grow business and client base

Required qualifications:

• Experience as a traditional mortgage loan originator is preferred
• Ability to work remotely and manage client relationships effectively
