Job Summary

Launching a career in the reverse mortgage industry, the full-time Remote Reverse Mortgage Originator will participate in a 12-month development program focused on working with retirees to enhance their retirement income sustainability.

Key responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to assess their financial needs and provide tailored reverse mortgage solutions
• Participate in comprehensive training from top sales leaders to develop industry knowledge and sales skills
• Utilize company resources and support to grow and manage a portfolio of clients effectively

Required qualifications:

• Previous experience as a traditional mortgage loan originator is preferred
• Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively
• Willingness to participate in a structured training and development program
• Strong interest in helping retirees improve their financial well-being
• Residing in or near the Charlotte, NC area is preferred
