Job Summary

Launching a career in the reverse mortgage industry, the full-time Reverse Mortgage Originator will participate in a 12-month development program focused on working with retirees to enhance their retirement income sustainability while receiving comprehensive training and support in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Engage with retirees to assess and improve their retirement income strategies
• Participate in industry-leading training and development programs to enhance sales skills
• Utilize a revolutionary sales process to collaborate with both consumers and professionals

Required qualifications:

• Experience as a traditional mortgage loan originator is preferred
• Strong interest in the reverse mortgage industry and retirement planning
• Ability to work remotely, particularly in the Dallas, TX area
• Commitment to complete the 12-month development program
• Willingness to engage in ongoing training and professional development
