Launching a career in the reverse mortgage industry, the full-time Remote Reverse Mortgage Originator will participate in a 12-month development program focused on working with retirees to enhance their retirement income sustainability.

Key responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to assess their financial needs and provide tailored reverse mortgage solutions
• Receive industry-leading training from top sales leaders to develop sales skills and business acumen
• Utilize a revolutionary sales process to effectively collaborate with consumers and professionals

Required qualifications:

• Experience as a traditional mortgage loan originator is preferred
• Ability to work remotely in the Phoenix, AZ area
• Commitment to completing the 12-month development program
• Strong interest in the reverse mortgage industry and helping retirees
• Willingness to adapt to a commission-based compensation structure during the training period
