Launching a career in the reverse mortgage industry, the full-time Reverse Mortgage Originator will participate in a 12-month development program focused on working with retirees to enhance their retirement income, while working remotely in the San Antonio, TX area.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with retirees to assess their financial needs and provide tailored reverse mortgage solutions
• Participate in extensive training from industry-leading sales professionals to develop sales skills and product knowledge
• Utilize marketing and operational support to effectively grow and manage a client portfolio

Required qualifications

• Experience as a traditional mortgage loan originator is preferred
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Willingness to engage in a structured training program for professional development
• Strong understanding of retirement income strategies and financial products
