Job Summary

Launching a career in the reverse mortgage industry, the full-time Reverse Mortgage Originator will participate in a 12-month development program focused on supporting retirees to enhance their retirement income while working remotely in the Tallahassee, FL area.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with retirees to assess their financial needs and provide tailored reverse mortgage solutions
• Participate in comprehensive training sessions led by top sales leaders to develop industry knowledge and sales skills
• Build and grow a client portfolio, utilizing company resources and support to maximize business potential

Required qualifications

• Previous experience as a traditional mortgage loan originator is preferred
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt to the reverse mortgage industry
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Commitment to completing the full 12-month development program
• Familiarity with sales processes and customer engagement strategies
