Launching a career in the reverse mortgage industry, the full-time Reverse Mortgage Originator Development Program will provide remote training and support for individuals to work with retirees on improving their retirement income sustainability.

Key responsibilities:

Required qualifications:

• Previous experience as a traditional mortgage loan originator is preferred
• Ability to work remotely and manage a flexible schedule
• Willingness to participate in a 12-month development program
