Launching a career in the reverse mortgage industry, the full-time Reverse Mortgage Originator will participate in a 12-month development program focused on working with retirees to enhance their retirement income, while working remotely in the Tampa, FL area.

Key responsibilities:

• Engage with retirees to assess and improve their retirement income strategies
• Participate in comprehensive training programs led by top sales leaders in the industry
• Utilize company-provided sales, marketing, and operations support to grow business

Required qualifications:

• Previous experience as a traditional mortgage loan originator is encouraged
• Commitment to completing a 12-month development program
• Ability to work remotely and manage client relationships effectively
• Strong interest in the reverse mortgage sector and retirement planning
