Job Summary

Launching a career in the reverse mortgage industry, the full-time Reverse Mortgage Originator will participate in a 12-month development program focused on working with retirees to enhance their retirement income sustainability while receiving comprehensive training and support remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Engage with retirees to assess their financial needs and provide tailored reverse mortgage solutions
• Participate in extensive training sessions led by top sales leaders in the industry
• Develop and grow a client portfolio while utilizing innovative sales and marketing strategies

Required qualifications:

• Previous experience as a traditional mortgage loan originator is preferred
• Strong interest in the reverse mortgage industry and helping retirees
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development
• Reside in or near the Ontario, CA area
