Reverse Mortgage Processing Manager

Job Summary

Providing operations leadership in a fully remote environment, the full-time salaried Reverse Mortgage Processing Manager will supervise processing staff, ensure compliance with guidelines, and enhance the client experience through effective management and training.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise processing staff and provide guidance, training, and performance evaluations
• Track performance metrics and generate reports to ensure tasks are completed accurately and within required SLAs
• Review escalations for resolution of complex issues and identify areas for process efficiency improvements

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Reverse Operations experience
• DE Underwriting experience is preferred
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to understand government, regulatory, and internal guidelines
• Experience working under pressure with multiple initiatives and deadlines
