Reverse Mortgage Processing Manager

Job Summary

Providing operations leadership in a fully remote environment, the full-time Mortgage Processing Manager - Reverse will supervise processing staff, ensure compliance with guidelines, and enhance the client experience through effective management of the Direct Retail business.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and train processing staff while conducting performance evaluations
• Track performance metrics and generate reports to meet service level agreements
• Review escalations and identify areas for process improvement

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Reverse Operations experience
• Preferred experience in DE Underwriting
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Understanding of government and regulatory guidelines
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines effectively
