Job Summary

Providing operations leadership in a fully remote capacity, the full-time Reverse Mortgage Processing Manager will oversee processing staff, ensure compliance with enterprise guidelines, and enhance the client experience through effective management and training.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and train processing staff while conducting performance evaluations
• Track performance metrics and generate reports to ensure adherence to service level agreements
• Collaborate with the sales team to resolve complex issues and improve process efficiency

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Reverse Operations
• Preferred experience in DE Underwriting
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Understanding of government and regulatory guidelines
• Able to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines effectively
