Reverse Mortgage Processing Manager

Job Summary

Providing operations leadership in a fully remote environment, the full-time salaried Reverse Mortgage Processing Manager will oversee processing staff, manage client experiences, and ensure adherence to enterprise guidelines and performance metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and train processing staff while conducting performance evaluations
• Track performance metrics and generate reports to ensure tasks meet required service level agreements (SLAs)
• Collaborate with the sales team to enhance customer service and resolve complex issues

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Reverse Operations experience
• Preferred experience in DE underwriting
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Understanding of government and regulatory guidelines related to loans
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines under pressure
