Job Summary

A company is looking for a Reverse Processor.

Key Responsibilities

• Review Reverse Mortgage loan application files for completeness and compliance with guidelines
• Analyze financial assessments to determine borrower eligibility and qualification for reverse mortgages
• Maintain communication with all parties involved and provide updates on loan status

Required Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience as a Reverse Mortgage Processor or in a similar role
• Experience with Reverse Vision LOS
• Three or more years of experience with HECM & FHA Guidelines
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to verify identity and employment eligibility to work in the U.S
