Job Summary

Processing reverse mortgage loans, the full-time Remote Reverse Mortgage Processor will act as a liaison between clients and Loan Officers, ensuring timely and professional loan processing while adhering to all guidelines and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the accurate input and verification of loan information in the Loan Origination System (LOS)
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and Loan Officers throughout the loan closing process
• Collect and prepare all necessary documentation for loan closing, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Loan Processing
• Prior experience with automated Loan Origination Systems and in the mortgage industry
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
