Reverse Mortgage Processor

Job Summary

Seeking a qualified Reverse Mortgage Processor, the full-time remote position will manage loan file documentation, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and facilitate communication among various stakeholders throughout the mortgage processing lifecycle.

Key responsibilities:

• Process applications from submission to underwriting and closing
• Communicate daily with loan officers, borrowers, underwriters, and title companies
• Review and organize loan documentation in the loan imaging system

Required qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of FHA processing experience preferred
• Experience in reverse mortgage processing is essential
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance in mortgage lending (TILA, RESPA, etc.)
• Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently with exceptional attention to detail
