Job Summary

Processing applications for submission to underwriting, the full-time Remote Reverse Mortgage Processor will verify data integrity in loan origination software, gather and submit files to underwriting, and clear loan conditions for final approval while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Process applications and submit them to underwriting
• Collaborate with loan officers, borrowers, underwriters, and title companies
• Analyze credit, income, tax returns, and asset documents while ensuring confidentiality of client files

Required qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in reverse mortgage processing
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret procedures and regulations
• Above average customer service and analytical skills
• Intermediate working knowledge of PC applications (Word, Excel, MS Outlook)
