Job Summary
Providing quality customer service in a remote environment, the full-time Reverse Loan Processor will manage the documentation process for underwriting loans, ensuring compliance with regulations and effective communication with customers and Loan Officers.
Key responsibilities:
- Perform thorough reviews and analyses of borrower documentation before submitting to underwriting
- Assemble complete loan packages and verify all required documentation for accuracy
- Communicate with various companies to obtain necessary third-party documentation and manage the loan pipeline effectively
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years' reverse mortgage processing experience
- Experience with Encompass software
- Working knowledge of RESPA regulations and general mortgage lending regulations
- Excellent math and analytical skills
