Job Summary
Connecting with potential clients remotely, the full-time Reverse Mortgage Sales Loan Officer will build rapport, analyze financial situations, and provide tailored financial solutions to assist retirees in their transition to retirement.
Key responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to understand their financial needs and objectives
- Provide education on reverse mortgage products and their benefits
- Close deals effectively while maintaining a high volume of communication with potential customers
Required qualifications:
- Valid SAFE and State license or certification strongly preferred
- Sales experience preferred
- College degree preferred, but not mandatory
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Strong ability to negotiate and close deals
