Job Summary
Managing a team of 8-12 reverse mortgage Loan Officers, the full-time salaried Reverse Mortgage Sales Manager will provide training, oversee lead conversions, and ensure timely loan closures while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct daily/weekly training sessions and call reviews for the team
- Screen, interview, and hire new team members to enhance team performance
- Coach and motivate the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly metrics
Required qualifications
- At least 2 years of reverse mortgage experience managing a team in a call center environment
- Consideration for candidates with mortgage management experience in call centers
- Loan officers with a minimum of 2 years of reverse mortgage experience in a call center may also be considered
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
