Reverse Mortgage System Administrator

Job Summary

Supporting the administration of QuantumReverse, the full-time Remote Reverse Mortgage System Administrator will manage user support requests, troubleshoot system issues, and create reports while collaborating with various internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Tier 1 & 2 support requests for the QuantumReverse System Help Desk and troubleshoot user experience issues
• Create and activate new users in QuantumReverse, updating user information and managing access as needed
• Run periodic reports and document processes and standard operating procedures for system administration

Required qualifications

• Experience in reverse mortgage and familiarity with loan origination systems, preferably QuantumReverse
• Strong understanding of reverse mortgage origination processes and the loan lifecycle
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and mortgage technology platforms
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
