Job Summary

A company is looking for a Reverse Mortgage Team Lead - Hybrid / Remote / In-Office.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of up to 10 Processors and assist in training and coaching
• Process applications for submission to underwriting and manage loan conditions
• Collaborate with loan officers, borrowers, and other stakeholders to ensure quality processing of loan files

Required Qualifications

• Previous reverse mortgage processing experience required
• Ability to work under pressure and meet multiple deadlines
• Demonstrated professional behavior with colleagues and supervisors
• Strong customer service orientation
• A Can Do attitude with high energy and self-motivation
