Job Summary

A company is looking for a Reverse Mortgage Underwriter - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Underwrite residential loans ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards
Evaluate loan documentation for accuracy and completeness while communicating requirements clearly
Partner with processing teams to close loans efficiently and maintain quality control standards

Required Qualifications

Three or more years of experience underwriting Reverse Mortgages
Valid active CHUMS Number is required
Knowledge of federal and state regulations, particularly MDA, TILA, HUD, and RESPA
Understanding of loan flow processes and documentation requirements
Proprietary Reverse Mortgage underwriting experience is a plus
