Job Summary

A company is looking for a Reverse Mortgage Underwriter - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Underwrite residential loans ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards
• Evaluate risk and ensure quality of loan decisions while communicating requirements clearly
• Collaborate with processing teams to close loans efficiently and maintain quality control standards

Required Qualifications

• Three or more years of current experience underwriting Reverse Mortgages
• Must have a valid active CHUMS Number
• Strong credit, risk analysis, and analytical skills
• Working knowledge of federal and state regulations related to mortgage underwriting
• Familiarity with HUD underwriting guidelines and mortgage legal documentation
