Reverse Underwriting Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Reverse Underwriting Supervisor who will manage the underwriting department's daily operations for reverse mortgage loans.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of reverse mortgage underwriters, ensuring performance and compliance
• Review and approve or deny reverse mortgage applications based on guidelines and regulations
• Continuously evaluate and improve underwriting processes for efficiency and quality assurance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience in reverse mortgage underwriting
• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or management role
• Strong knowledge of reverse mortgage products and relevant regulations
• Hands-on experience establishing underwriting processes for reverse mortgages
