Revision Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

Providing individualized service, the full-time Revision Implementation Specialist will manage complex premium billing and eligibility processing while building strong relationships with internal and external customers in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for internal and external communication regarding revisions, ensuring accurate information gathering and issue resolution
• Collaborate with internal teams and the Group Office to address customer inquiries and deliver comprehensive issue resolution
• Handle sensitive and complex premium and eligibility processing functions, analyzing and resolving customer questions to meet expectations

Required qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to efficiently navigate and manipulate large spreadsheets
• Exceptional relationship-building skills with strong oral and written communication abilities
• Demonstrated experience in delivering high-quality customer service
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple assignments concurrently
• Ability to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection, located in the United States or Puerto Rico
