Job Summary
A company is looking for a Revit Customer Success Manager - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard new customers and expand existing customer implementations
- Provide Tier 1 customer support and manage support ticket pipelines
- Assist sales reps with technical demos and presentations for new customer acquisition
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with Revit focused on Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing systems
- 2+ years of experience teaching or mentoring in the use of Revit
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite applications
- Knowledge of the construction industry
- Team-oriented and collaborative mindset
