Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revit Customer Success Manager - Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboard new customers and expand existing customer implementations
  • Provide Tier 1 customer support and manage support ticket pipelines
  • Assist sales reps with technical demos and presentations for new customer acquisition
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience with Revit focused on Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing systems
  • 2+ years of experience teaching or mentoring in the use of Revit
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite applications
  • Knowledge of the construction industry
  • Team-oriented and collaborative mindset
