Revit Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revit Technician.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce accurate architectural drawings and models using Revit
• Execute scan-to-BIM workflows by converting point cloud data into usable design models
• Collect field data for existing conditions documentation using terrestrial laser scanners

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch)
• Minimum 2 years of experience using Autodesk Revit in a professional setting
• Strong understanding of building systems, construction detailing, and documentation standards
• Knowledge of IBC and relevant building codes
• Ability to perform field documentation work and travel locally to project sites as needed
