RevOps Analyst

Job Summary

Owning the revenue operations function, the full-time RevOps Analyst will build dashboards, diagnose revenue challenges, and deliver strategic insights to enhance forecasting accuracy and pipeline visibility in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards and reports across the sales funnel while diagnosing revenue challenges and providing proactive insights
• Own the forecasting workflow, conduct variance analysis, and support executive-level forecasting conversations
• Audit CRM data quality, document best practices, and drive adoption of data hygiene practices across teams

Required qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar analytical GTM role
• Deep expertise in HubSpot, including custom properties, workflow automation, and reporting
• Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets, including pivot tables and complex formulas
• Proven ability to improve forecast accuracy and pipeline visibility
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to explain variance and diagnose root causes
