RevOps Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a RevOps Business Analyst to optimize processes and integrate technology solutions within revenue operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes with various teams to identify automation and improvement opportunities
• Translate functional requirements into system specifications while serving as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams
• Lead the evaluation and implementation of third-party systems to enhance revenue operations processes

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst or similar role, preferably in Revenue Operations
• Deep expertise in Salesforce administration and integration
• Strong knowledge of Revenue Operations processes including sales and marketing workflows
• Experience with API interface tools such as Zapier or Mulesoft is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
