Job Summary

A company is looking for a RevOps Compensation Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure accurate administration and timely commission payments for assigned revenue and go-to-market teams
Draft and administer compensation plan documents, including issuing plans for new hires and amending existing plans
Oversee all aspects of partner commissions calculations and payment processes

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in Finance, Accounting, or Revenue Operations
Excellent Excel skills
Experience with Saleforce.com required
Experience with Xactly preferred
Must be willing to be both a strategic and tactical partner
