Job Summary

A company is looking for a RevOps Coordinator to manage the accuracy and integrity of revenue-related processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of promotional codes in Salesforce, ensuring compliance and preventing revenue leakage
• Maintain accurate and current pricebooks, incorporating updates and changes to reflect approved rates
• Coordinate the downsell workflow and ensure data integrity across CRM and billing systems through regular reconciliation checks

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in operations, preferably in Marketing, Sales, or Client Services
• Experience identifying process gaps and contributing to SOP improvements
• Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and project management tools
• Experience working in a SaaS or tech-driven environment
• Experience with performance metrics, data analysis, and reporting
