Job Summary

A company is looking for a RevOps Manager to oversee the efficiency and technical infrastructure of its commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and architect the internal HubSpot portal and integrated tech stack
  • Create and maintain comprehensive SOPs and flowcharts for the "quote-to-cash" process
  • Design and build complex sales workflows to reduce administrative burdens on the sales team
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in RevOps or Sales Ops, preferably in B2B SaaS or Professional Services
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience
  • Mastery of HubSpot as a super-admin with experience in backend API limits and advanced workflow logic
  • High fluency in Excel/Google Sheets for data manipulation and reporting
  • Understanding of sales forecasting methodologies and pipeline velocity
