RevOps Manager

Job Summary

To support the scaling of go-to-market operations, the full-time remote RevOps Manager will provide analytical insights, develop automation processes, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance revenue operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the evaluation and scaling of the GTM technology stack in an AI-first environment
• Design and maintain analytics infrastructure to track performance across the GTM ecosystem
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Post-Sales leaders to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical Revenue Operations, GTM Engineering, or Sales Systems with a focus on analytics and workflow automation
• Proven experience using AI coding assistants for building functional tools and workflows
• Advanced knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and middleware for data synchronization across revenue tools
• Deep technical expertise in Salesforce and various GTM tools
• Strong ability to design relational data models and automate complex business processes
