Job Summary
To support revenue growth, the full-time remote RevOps Manager, Forecasting will manage sales forecasting, territory optimization, and business insights, leveraging advanced technology and collaborating closely with Sales Management and Finance teams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead Sales Forecast Cadence by monitoring data sets to identify trends and inform decision-making
- Monitor and refine planning strategies, providing data-driven recommendations for territory design and quota alignment
- Deliver actionable insights by translating complex data into clear narratives that drive sales performance and business growth
Required qualifications
- 12+ years in sales forecasting, GTM planning, or business intelligence roles
- Expert proficiency in Excel, CRM platforms, Gong, and data visualization tools (e.g., PBI)
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex data into executive-ready narratives
- Strong collaboration and management skills with experience influencing leadership
- Familiarity with AI tools, predictive analytics, and generative AI applications
