Job Summary

A company is looking for a RevOps Specialist to help scale its revenue engine and drive operational excellence across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to enhance operational efficiency and alignment throughout the revenue cycle
  • Own key systems and tools to ensure data accuracy and visibility, and analyze revenue performance metrics to provide actionable insights
  • Design and improve workflows and processes to drive scalability and support forecasting and territory planning
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations, preferably in a SaaS or high-growth tech environment
  • Proficiency with HubSpot and familiarity with automation and reporting tools
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic actions
  • Experience in designing and improving scalable processes
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic, and remote work environment
