Job Summary
A company is looking for a RevOps Specialist to help scale its revenue engine and drive operational excellence across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to enhance operational efficiency and alignment throughout the revenue cycle
- Own key systems and tools to ensure data accuracy and visibility, and analyze revenue performance metrics to provide actionable insights
- Design and improve workflows and processes to drive scalability and support forecasting and territory planning
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations, preferably in a SaaS or high-growth tech environment
- Proficiency with HubSpot and familiarity with automation and reporting tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic actions
- Experience in designing and improving scalable processes
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic, and remote work environment
