RevOps Technical Analyst

Job Summary

To enhance go-to-market efficiency, the full-time remote RevOps Technical Analyst will manage and optimize the revenue tech stack, oversee CRM workflows, and improve lead management processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and oversee platforms for intelligence, forecasting, and automation, managing primary tools such as Gong and Clari
• Act as the liaison with Salesforce admins for CRM data and workflow improvements, ensuring data hygiene and account management
• Build and maintain automated lead routing processes, collaborating with marketing to ensure lead quality and engagement classification

Required qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in a similar role with hands-on CRM administration, preferably Salesforce
• Experience in building and maintaining cross-system integrations and data quality processes
• Strong understanding of CRM administration, including Salesforce object model and reporting
• Proficiency in API-based integrations and data governance strategies
• Experience in project/change management, including requirements gathering and stakeholder communication
