Reward Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Reward Systems Analyst, Finance & Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain, enhance, and test the PATH workforce planning solution and collaborate with stakeholders for budgeting and accounting processes
• Support integration of PATH with BPC and Workday, and perform testing of the workforce planning process
• Document procedures for planning processes and enhance Excel reports for analysis and presentation

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on information systems and process experience
• Demonstrated business acumen with the ability to apply technology solutions to business problems
• Experience supporting confidential data with standalone solutions
• Project and process support experience with knowledge of accounting best practices in employee compensation and workforce planning
• Ability to question, evaluate, and make decisions
