Rewards Services Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Rewards Services Consultant in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and integrate tools, systems, and processes for compensation and job family data management
• Enhance rewards programs, including bonus structures, recognition programs, and benefits packages
• Analyze compensation and rewards data, provide insights, and ensure compliance with legal requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related studies
• 5+ years of experience in total rewards management, compensation analysis, and/or benefits
• MBA (preferred)
• GRP and CCP certifications (preferred)
• Experience as a Senior Director of Compensation and/or Total Rewards (preferred)
