Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
• 10+ years of leadership experience in Aerospace & Defense, with manufacturing experience preferred
• Experience with successful implementation of organizational change
• Familiarity with industry standards, certifications, and requirements
• Strong business acumen and ability to influence business decisions
